SAN FRANCISCO and TURIN, ITALY — MAY 27, 2026 — Multiply Labs, the company spearheading physical AI for biomanufacturing, has announced the launch of Multiply Labs Italia, the company's first international subsidiary, and the appointment of Enrico Antonio Racca as founding General Manager. Racca, who most recently served as Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for Scuderia Ferrari, joins Multiply Labs to scale production of the company's robotic clusters that manufacture advanced therapies at industrial scale. He also assumes the role of Chief of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for Multiply Labs Inc., the U.S. parent.

Multiply Labs Italia is being established in Turin to build the manufacturing capacity required to deliver Multiply Labs' robotic clusters to a growing roster of pharmaceutical customers, including AstraZeneca, Legend Biotech, and Kyverna Therapeutics. The Italian entity is being built from the ground up, with responsibility for recruiting and developing the manufacturing team, designing the supply chain for large-scale cluster production, and establishing the quality systems required for regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Racca brings to the role more than two decades of high-performance manufacturing leadership. As Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for Scuderia Ferrari from 2021 to 2025, he led a 650-person organization, reporting directly to the Team Principal. Before joining Scuderia Ferrari in 2015, Enrico spent more than a decade at Fiat Group and Fiat-Chrysler Group, including four years as Global Commodity Manager overseeing a €4 billion global procurement portfolio across drive systems, chassis, exhaust, and shifters.

“We believe that bringing world-class manufacturing discipline to physical AI and biotech is the only way to deliver advanced therapies to every patient who needs them. Enrico has spent his career scaling some of the most demanding electromechanical manufacturing operations in the world. His leadership will be transformative for our growth, and as we establish Multiply Labs Italia and scale our production capacity globally.”

“Manufacturing advanced therapies requires the same precision and discipline that defines Formula 1. I am proud to be establishing Multiply Labs Italia and joining the leadership team to scale Multiply Labs’ robotic clusters to pharmaceutical customers worldwide.”
Enrico Antonio Racca, Founding General Manager, Multiply Labs Italia

He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class, and an MBA from Università degli Studi di Torino.

Multiply Labs is bringing Physical AI to life sciences: the first autonomous manufacturing platform for biologics, starting with cell therapy, the most complex manufacturing challenge in medicine. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in San Francisco, Multiply Labs is led by co-founders Fred Parietti and Alice Melocchi.
